To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016

Explanatory note.
The accounts are not presented at the AGM in July 2016, due to resignation of the treasurer and appointment of Katie Noble as the new treasurer. It took some time to change the bank account signatories and to complete the new accounts
.
A quorum of at least ten members is needed.
The meeting will be followed by a trustees meeting to which all members are invited.
