New woodland project for Woodland Ways
11th March 2012
Sunday Work Party
at Woodland Ways
Our recent woodland work party took place at a site near Bury St. Edmunds.
This privately held woodland is being managed by Woodland Ways as a local environmental project.
The image gallery to the left shows you how overgrown some parts of the wood were and how, with the help of Woodland Ways volunteers, we were able to return some paths to a cleared state.
This delightful woodland has badger setts, along with a variety of local flora and fauna.
If you would like to take part in a Woodland Ways work party, and particularly to help us reclaim this overgrown, ex-Christmas Tree plantation, then see our volunteer page or use our one click message page here.
